The parent group is a high-risk group with a population of approximately 104,353 people over the age of 20 in a certain district of Taipei City. Purposive sampling was used to select community residents as the research subjects. Adults of both sexes who are over twenty years old and have no infectious skin diseases. There are 31 people in the experimental group and 29 people in the control group. It is expected that the two groups will be admitted. The total number of people is 60.
