Current Positions

I ensure that all regulatory policies and processes are meticulously implemented to deliver products that meet global compliance standards. My responsibilities encompass the development and ongoing maintenance of Cosmetic Product Information Files (PIFs). Additionally, I oversee claims substantiation to ensure accuracy and credibility. A A significant part of my role also involves the efficient management of Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs), ensuring that all products adhere to the highest safety standards.

• Formula design and safety assessment are integral parts of the product development phase. During this stage, each ingredient's addition ratio is evaluated for safety, and regulatory limits on usage are also reviewed.

 I utilized my expertise to assess the safety of products during both the Innovation and New Product Development (NPD) stages, as well as throughout their entire lifecycle. I maintained safety frameworks that were specifically designed to support efficient routes to market, thereby accelerating the pace of product launches. I proactively identified potential safety concerns, conducted thorough assessments, and provided the business with risk-based recommendations. Furthermore, I leveraged my skills to translate scientific insights into meaningful product improvements that resonated with consumers.

• I play a pivotal role in various facets of our cosmetic formulation processes, including Research & Development, Product Development, Process & Packaging Development, Quality Control & Assurance, Product Evaluation & Safety Testing, and Microbiology. I am committed to upholding the company's quality standards and practices. Additionally, I ensure strict adherence to personal hygiene protocols and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards across all operations.

• Managed a cosmetics manufacturing factory.

• Established the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and implemented an ERP system.

• Developing and formulating new cosmetic products, including skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance items.
